Baked Custard

2 eggs
2 C milk
1/3 C sugar
1/4 t salt
cinnamon
nutmeg

In a bowl, wisk the eggs, milk, sugar and salt. Pour into 4 ungreased 8 oz custard cups (or a 1 1/2 qt glass casserole dish). Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Place cups in a baking pan with 1/2" of water.
Bake for 50 - 55 minutes.
